Loading Details:

  • 2 sets x 10 for non-throws (per side if necessary)

  • 2 sets x 15 for throws (per side if necessary)

  • 4-6lb med ball

1 - MB Squat + Reach

2 - MB Chest Pass

 

3. MB Reverse Lunge + Twist

4 - MB Lateral Side Throw

 

5 - MB Hammer Turns

6 - MB Vertical Granny Throw
