DETAILS
There are 4 parts to Live Ball.
Part 1 (Basics - Skills Before Drills) outlines the most effective learning strategies and how I’ve applied them with a range of players.
Parts 2, 3 and 4 are all about the practical on-court training side of things. It includes baseline drills to work on building points. Transition drills to hone in on your midcourt game. Optimal serve and return training. Game-based drills that focus on a ‘tactics first’ approach to training. And more.
Each section will include the following:
A brief outline of how to organize a drill and/or practice within each training item (ex: volleying), phase of play (ex: attacking) and situation (i.e. transitioning into the net).
Cues that work best for a desired performance outcome.
30-60 second videos of each drill, game or training item. Plus, every video includes a description + key points to follow. This will ensure you’re getting the most out of your practices.
And more!
